Benefits for Nonprofits
Mission-driven organizations face unique stresses. Their clients’ needs are often intense while their resources are limited. Care giver burnout is common. Our practical, accessible tools for on-the-ground challenges of daily work will help those who work in the nonprofit sector find the inner capacity to create, to thrive and to lead.
Many Ways to Learn about Mindfulness
We offer a wide range of free programs for non-profit organizations including face to face and live web sessions. We offer different time formats which meet your organization’s needs, ranging from a two hour introduction to an all day 6 hour workshop.
Why this Program is Offered at No Cost to Nonprofits
