Mindfulness Based Group Therapy

This 12 session group psychotherapy teaches mindfulness skills and strategies to reduce stress, depression and anxiety while enhancing happiness. Learn practical applications of mindfulness in a supportive intimate online setting where we learn from each other.

Each weekly 75 minute session includes neuro-science, psychology, discussion, shared experience, guided meditations, skills practice and brief homework assignments. Registrations include weekly recordings, so you never miss a session. An experienced Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral psychiatrist leads each 12 session series and also meets with each participant for weekly 20 minute progress sessions.
